Fidelis First is a real estate development and investment company. We find land, get it approved for new homes and build communities in Oregon and Texas. The Portal is how we share the data we use to make those calls.

Why we built The Portal

The numbers that move real estate are public. They're just scattered across dozens of government websites, buried in spreadsheets and released on different days.

We already pull them together to run our own business. The Portal puts that work in front of everyone, so you can see what's happening in any market before you make a move.

The team

Joe Kessi

Founder & CEO

For more than 30 years, Joe has built over 48 subdivisions, developed thousands of lots and sold projects to some of the largest home builders in the country, including Lennar, D.R. Horton, Davis Construction and David Weekley Homes.

His edge is a rigorous study of market cycles, code interpretation and the entitlement process, which has earned him a 100% entitlement record. When the market collapsed in 2008, he completed every active project, repaid every investor with their returns and never had a single default.

At Fidelis First he leads acquisitions, investments and development.

Alex Pham

General Partner

Alex started a printing company at 16 in his parents' garage, grew it into a 7,000-square-foot facility and bought his first rental property at 20. He later built a marketing agency that served more than 230 small businesses.

He joined Joe as a mentee and became his partner. Together they have underwritten dozens of deals and worked on four subdivisions.

At Fidelis First he leads operations, marketing, investor relations and The Portal. He also serves as an Infantry Officer in the Army National Guard.
